The $90 coin is a silver dollar commemorative minted in 2018 so it's not very "new." That seems kinda high for a commemorative in relation to silver spot price.
Now the quarters pictured are just different in that there are different US Mint locations. Either way, I don't suggest ordering 200 unless you're feeling lucky in hopes of finding an error or potential MS70. Do you know something about that commemorative that we don't?
