Not at all.
I'll answer to Hey You.
It's just a wall in the mind.
maybe, she didn't remember my name.
Call me anything except late for dinner or a taxi

SO hates terms of endearment like Babe.
For many calling all their women Babe prevents mistakes.
Most new encounters I do not know if it is the person or not. Why get too personal.
I am fine with it better than alternatives, though I always do sign off with "Thank You, Galen" when asking for information.

Hate it
Not a fan of babe, hon, papi, etc....
Hun, babe, baby, love; all of those make it feel so insincere. Maybe use our names...

亲 (QĪN)
“亲”was originally created as a shortened form of “亲爱的,” but has since then taken on a life of its own.
“亲”is the most popular term of endearment across Chinese social media. Its closest approximation in English slang words is “babe.”
If a Chinese lady texts you 亲 you are a babe in her mind.

Hey Babe
I don’t mind it.
But it gets tiring. 😜😜😜
Better than “you”
to me, a nickname like:
Sweetie, Honey, Darling, Babe...
terms of endearment.
some like it, some DON'T.
depends on CHEMISTRY...
casually said, has no meaning, no emotion.
words do NEED to be backed by action.
I don't care for it because I know everyone that she talks to (that night) is "babe". There's zero affection to it, just a word. Just like someone can call you sir or ma'am and still think you're a piece of shit.
I've never been confused with being hot, sexy or attractive so no issue here.
Lately, I'm partial to "Bae"
I don’t believe that to be true I played softball my whole life and babe was a term we all used.
i think it's HOT when a Chinese LADY calls me, "Qin Ai De".
especially when SHE'S older... carries more heart.
I like when they say "OH God" to me I know they don't mean it and It's just a term of endearment
I like to say babe to very few special friends and sweetheart or hon otherwise. Babe is special not for everyone
I cringe when I am called
Babe
Baby
Hun
Hon
Sweetie
Love
Luv
I understand that’s the standard. But it’s pretty
Cringe in my humble opinion.

I like to be called Simp or Ego.

When I pm, whether it's the first time or 10th, I always introduce myself with my first name followed by my handle. That way she at least has some idea of who's contacting her and she can check out my profile etc. or maybe she'll remember my name or handle.
I do the same thing when I text her. That way she at least knows my name when I she opens the door. If she calls me babe afterwards, I don't have a problem with it, but I'd like her to at least call me by my name when we first meet.

I have often said to myself that babe should have been my HX handle. 😂😂

Or she can just call me Master.

Many of the girls in the red light districts in the Philippines often call me "sir". LOL
If I’m in a relationship I don’t mind
Notes taken
They call me Joe.
Cause it rhymes with Hoe.
Lou calls everyone "sexy".
I would not mind if Lou called me sexy while he undressed me with his eyes.
I just Lou would wash the pegging chair after he was done.
Just call me he/they/them
Nice and simple
SouthernSass,
You're the honey when I crave some sugar...And I love to eat my sweets!
Hello "he/them/" sure looking forward to meeting! Lol
I call people by the name they sign off using on their pm, or "sweetheart" as I consider that a respectful term of endearment
I call the anal-friendly ladies SweetFart.
"Babe" reminds me of that movie about a pig.
Call me Papi not daddie
