Further research plus numerous interviews with conjoined twins has revealed a shocking answer to OP's original question!
It turns out that BOTH twins MUST be guilty, if one committed the murder.
Otherwise, the twin that decided to not be an accomplice would simply use the control it has over one leg, to force the body to walk in circles until exhausted.
I had been concerned about the lack of murders committed by CT's for a long time, since statistically there should be more.
It was thought possible that they were simply better at hiding the bodies but now the truth is out.
CT's are either both innocent or both guilty or .........

^Happens to me alot after a swim workout. Worse if I'm doing hypoxic drills... dramatically increase arm stroke count between each breath.
I'm at the car in the parking lot getting ready to leave and bend to pick something up and water pours out my nose.
Worse is when I'm at Starbucks or Nektar with my favorite barista and it happens.
