1. you have a Russian foreign agent that failed to identify himself properly
2.was not caught during the initial vetting process
3.eventually found out and then the DNC returned the funds.
4. The article puts specific blame on the two groups that took in the campaign contributions and not directly on Biden.
It's like the first 3 responses to the OP didn't even bother reading the article past the click bait title of the linked article.

^ Your comment has no relevance to the article. If your goal is to get in to a back & forth about 'Well, DT had a bad Russia story too', then go for it. Vast majority of Americans, Republicans and Democrats, believe Putin interfered with the elections (and continues to do so). What was not demonstrated by special counsel investigation was collusion. This, of course, only revealed the extent of bias in the largest media outlets and how easily we are manipulated. No one likes to admit it, of course, because doing so would make people feel like they are one of the sheep.
