This is not an issue of simply having a different opinion than me.
This is an issue of constructing -- based on no facts -- a conspiracy of "globalists" who want to dominate the world and lie and do all sorts of crazy things I can't even begin to comprehend, and then based on this conspiracy theory, cherry pick facts -- often misrepresented -- simply to confirm this warped point of view.
It's not simply having "a different opinion." Not al all.

It still amazes me that some grown ass adults still can't tell the difference between fact and fiction.
I mean, granted, there's been a very effective and concerted effort for 40+ years to create a completely false and made up narrative in this country so I guess I should be more understanding when some people have fallen prey to it.
But something's are just facts. Belief doesn't really come into it. The content of CO2 in the air is measurable. It's been tracked for decades now. It's going up. The earth is getting hotter as a result of it. The reason why more CO2 in our atmosphere causes the earth to get hotter is very easy to understand, makes perfect common sense and is backed by science.
One political party and their media partners tell you that global warming is made up by scientists so they can get rich. The other political party is trying to reduce CO2 emissions. Just based on that alone, you should know who to believe.
The same pattern holds true in economic policy. Tax cuts for the rich do not stimulate the economy in a meaningful way. They do not create more jobs. They do not grow the tax base as a result. They do not pay for themselves. They greatly help the rich. And when we attempt to cut government services to displace the deficits these tax cuts create, poor people wind up paying the price.
One political party lies to you saying they help everybody. The other political party tells you the truth. That's clue #2 on who you should believe. It's not that hard. I could go on and on with the examples but the problem is the very artful 40 year effort to spread this misinformation works on people emotions. Those emotional connections to this false narrative, gets people to personally IDENTIFY with the side that is lying to them. And then... they got you. For life.

Did you read the Mueller report? Or at least read what was in it from a credible news source? Do you know who Bill Barr is and what he did when he got the report before anyone else did? It's all verifiable fact, not rumor, not theory. I can tell you if you want and then you can verify it. Hard, cold fact. Nothing else.
