And WHAT did they do to have this punishment......
Wait for it.....
They PROTECTED their home from BLM protestors breaking onto THEIR property.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
LET THAT SINK IN!!
I guess BLM was practicing Good Christian Fellowship.....

Unfortunately their mistake was the waving around the guns. Smart thing would've been let them come up closer so there was a legitimate fear for their safety. Then pumped two in each individual as they approached. They couldve justified their fear.
I don't know Missouri law, but if anything like California they may have gotten off with justified homicide.
Please correct me if I'm wrong.

The castle doctrine only includes your home, not your your land. You don’t get to shoot someone for trespassing. Once they cross your threshold (or otherwise illegally gain entrance) to your home, different story. PRO TIP: I’d allow them a few steps into the residence so when they fall down dead, they land inside your home. Police would have less questions then.
As far as these two numbskulls are concerned, they illegally brandished weapons to people walking down the street who were in no way aggressive towards them. Trespassing against the HOA certainly but nothing worthy of a death sentence. And neither even knew how to properly utilize their firearms.

Yes, I agree it's strange. The BLM people were on their property I believe. They just waved their guns in front of their house.
The BLM had no right to go on their property.
|
|
Let me please give a little back story.....
The BLM "peaceful" protestors broke thu their gate and was approaching their house.
They were on their property and were making moves to cause destruction to their home....which the couple spent a lot of money to rebuild it.
So yes.....I would have done the same thing.
BLM....not the couple.....showed AGGRESSIVE force towards the couple.
Once he ran back inside to get his rifle did they stop...and decided to move on.
I am NOT a lawyer....but they had perfectly good rights to do what they did.
Having said that politically....the DA was someone whom Soros gave monies to as he has done across the Country.
They were able to win about 15 DA elections.....Los Angeles...San Fran.....Philly...New York....to name a few.
Their goal is to let criminals out...not charge criminals....and persecute law abiding.
This is WHY you are seeing crimes rates go through the roof....Yes thank you George Soros.
Soros is an evil man.
And here is the funny part: The couple are registered Democrats...yup....Democrats.
Dems do not care about collateral damage as long as their agenda advances.
And what is the moral to THIS story for the law abiding.....
DO NOT PROTECT YOURSELF OR YOUR PROPERTY.......
|
|
Now ask yourself WHY are the Dems....DA's....and Soros doing this?
Thiink this thru....
The more CHAOS that the public sees....the MORE willing the public will be to give more power to the government to protect them.

Doris is specifically doing all of this to trigger you into something dumb that will cause the Man to come and take your guns, your land and give your job to an immigrant. Juuust you.

If you would’ve done the same thing as they had, you would be the one in cuffs because you were the one who used deadly force when deadly force was not required. It’s one thing to be an internet keyboard warrior but when considering doing 5-7 with Bubba as your roommate, shit gets real really fast. What they should’ve done is wait inside their house and called the cops which is what 99.999% of us would do. Only if they breech the home do they get a couple of rounds sent flying towards their head.
Hell, even in Florida I don’t think you’d have a leg to stand on because you would be the ones approaching them. Stand your ground doesn’t mean you get to attack.
|
|
"What they should’ve done is wait inside their house and called the cops."
I would have done that.

@Jones.....BLM APPROACHED THEM.....
They have every right to protect themselves and their property.
Watch the video....I have.
If you CAN NOT protect yourself and your home as PEOPLE are coming to your front door.....then good luck to you.
They NEVER fired a shot.
The ONLY destruction was caused by BLM to THEIR property.
Soooo tell me when are those people going to pay for the repairs???
Lastly here is how corrupt these DA's are.
The couples pistol was inoperable. It did NOT work.
Both are attorneys and a few years ago they had a trial. They needed a pistol for one of their cases. So the only way they could bring THEIR pistol in was to make it so the gun would not work.
After the case they came home and put the gun away. Never made it operable again.
Fast forward to BLM.....and the police took their weapons and tested them....and what do you know the pistol would not fire.
The DA TOLD the police to make it operable and that way the charges were be greater.
The police did it but did RECORD what they did......
Amazing.....how corrupt these people are.
Below are links to show Soros spending money to elect DA's....
I am sorry.....WHO elected George Soros to do this to our communities and cities.

|
@NR....
Thats your right to do so....as was HIS RIGHT to do what he did.
The couple were in control and did not show any aggressive behavior towards the Peaceful Protestors...(sarcasm).
Their laws and or interpretation of them are not Constitutional.
You have every right to protect your LIFE and your PROPERTY. PERIOD.
If you want to go back into your house and close the door....so be it.
They can break a window...and come in. Again already broke INTO his yard and were approaching the house.....and they were NOT selling girl scout cookies!!
They already broke through the gate....there are walls around the property and the easiest way in was to brake the gates....which look like doors....and were about 8 feet tall.
|
|
Here is the YOUTUBE video.....look at it....
What would you do with 15-20 people approaching....literally within 10-15 yards of your house.
Call the police...??....no time.
|
|
not sure they didn't call the police?
police were probably a little overwhelmed with the BLM shit going on (yes...i mean shit)
this stupid case was all about the fucking stupid DA
SOROS funded DA.

Gardner was removed as prosecutor after their attorney successfully argued that she used the case for political gain by citing it in campaign fundraising emails.
i wish he won the bid to be on the space flight next month...I'll take any twofer

I think the only time deadly force is accepted in the eyes of the law is if you are threaten by bodily harm. Had the trespasseers charged them with a weapon, they may have been justified in using a gun. If we as gun owners act like they did, then this is what happens. Know the law, know how to use your gun.
I'm in no way siding with the BLM trash. Just know what you're getting into with owning a gun
|
|
Should've just put yellow biohazard warning signs for Ebola round the house.
Who's gonna cross that line?
|
|
they did shoot and killed someone...we still don't have the cops name...seems odd...we have all the names of cops that killed people...she wasn't black though...so doesn't fit the overall objective to further the race divide

Not in Missouri. The law regarding home defense is so lenient there that it extends all the way out to allow you to be able to shoot people who even go on your neighbor's land. They were well within the law to shoot a bunch of them. They came into a gated community and by Missouri law, they could've mowed them down and faced no charges. The misdemeanors are to pacify the mob.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
@Happy
I agree with you but just to make sure they were not trespassing ONLY against HOA.
They committed an act of aggression from walking on the sidewalk by BREAKING down their 8-10 foot gate and were on THEIR private property. Heading toward their house.
That is when they got their weapons.
And again they were NOT there to practice "good christian fellowship"
I would argue the fact that they had their weapons stopped BLM from causing more harm.
Either to their home or even worse to THEM.
And this is why folks we have the 2nd Amend....."shall NOT be infringed....."
Laws saying otherwise are UNCONSTITUTIONAL.

in the face of adversity, it is very hard to be nice. we need to simplify our social equation, so its easier to be nice in the face adversity. we are not some kind of superior being on this planet. we are not "colors". we are human beings. not a color. skin tone does not truly represent nationality or anything other misrepresented mark. human beings are not a part of the color wheel. we are part of an eco system. one that at this point in time, is failing rapidly. though we choose to continue, with our own self righteous agendas. I am not saying that slavery and torcher should be ok. absolutely not. but complacency & selfish agendas, lead to doing just that, regardless of where you have been born. its hard to choose to be nice and do the right thing. harder than choosing to do the wrong thing. so it seems, until after, then all that regret follows. positive nonviolent solutions, is what we need to think about. I am not talking about correctional facilities. that is another fucked up issue that needs to be dealt with as well. I am talking about, the little everyday things that go unnoticed, though, are the things, that, they say, "thats just the way it is", about. no no to the nay nay . its not
"just the way it is". otherwise, hmm, maybe I should take over this mf & show'em whats up. brains are more powerful than guns. if , you know how to use the mf.

@nightrider XD LOLMRAOF "call the cops" LOL!! "& wait" LOL! for what? to die? those are not the actions of protesters. protesters are not supposed to get violent.

Waterdisport22: "I am NOT a lawyer...."
Case closed! Ignorant thread! Get Laid! HAVE A GREAT JUNETEENTH WEEKEND!

Sounds like a bunch of scared ass paranoid cucks on this topic. You tRUMPtards are soooo cringe!
|
|
Let's turn the situation around, to get some perspective
Suppose the BLM protesters are going down the street, headed to the house of the mayor or whoever they were going to protest. The white St. Louis man runs out to the street, gets in a protestor's face, and yells at him to go back to Africa or some similar bullshit.
Now, the BLM protester (who has a concealed-carry permit) feels threatened, pulls a gun, points it in St. Louis man's face, and tells him to back the fuck up.
Would you say the BLM protester was justified, the way you are defending the St. Louis white couple?
|
|
And by the way, breaking down a gate to a gated community is certainly vandalism and trespassing, but it does not constitute a threat to your life.
It is a fucked-up thing to do, but not life-threatening.
If the couple really felt threatened, Mr. St. Louis should have kept his rifle inside, got a good vantage point, and watched the crowd while his wife held on to her gun, too, and called for help. Then, if someone came inside to attack them, they could shoot the offender and say "Hey, I was not the aggressor. He came in my fucking house, and I figured he was armed and there might be more right behind him. Hell, I called the cops for help. What took them so long? We were in fear for our lives!"
|
|
they said they heard threats and feared for life
your example is not remotely the same
missing the recent history of BLM protests that broke out into mayhem of extreme damage...these guys were thinking their house was going to be burned down? do we know it was not?
the numbers of people on one side of the equation....whatever they are? 100 to 2 ? anyone having the 100 on their side would be feeling a lil safer
|

If they are attorneys they should know better.
You can NOT use deadly force to defend property, only to protect/ defend one's self.
THEY need to know the laws of their state, they must be pretty bad lawyers if they are unaware.
They don't live in Texas where Castle Doctrine and duty to retreat are viewed differently than elsewhere (look up John Horn shooting for reference)
I'm one of the biggest 2nd amendment supporters out there - but my opinions are my own, I know the perception and consequences of my actions would have if I ever need to defend myself.
I don't want to go through the paperwork/ legal issues if it's not as clear as possible.
Not to say the couple got what the deserved, but they were kinda stupid.
