I guess the military needs to do things to retain trained soldiers. It's not like all the military jobs require the alpha male mentality of an elite seal team stud.

I do believe being a person of armed service comes with more mental strain than what people outside do not understand. Being someone who needs resolutions to their issues of gender further escalated it.
They are willing to wear the uniform, carry own with honor, further the well being of the nation and possibly lay down their blood and lives for their fellows and us. Get them what they need to feel whole.
