been using these for about 5 years...two under my pillow...lasts for about 10min each flip...being under the pillow keeps it kinda cool anyway...so might only flip a a few times a week "looking for the cool side of the pillow" Always start out with the pillow freezing though...1min to fall asleep
just got the OOLER sleep system...keeps bed at 62 degrees
the ice packs work great...a pillow flip and next 3 hrs is great
