And more then a handful have the same story
Either way it's not a good example to the lower level girls or for the rating system period

Geeezz.. gotta say this could have been handled with a bit more care. Even though you say it's not an attack, calling someone out on a public blog is kinda of insensitive and uncalled for.
As for network system, it is great but also a bit out dated. The questions I mean.
I can only network based on my experiences with someone. That person could treat you totally different than they do someone else, and some have different boundaries than others.
Also, let's be honest here, more often than not it's going to be a he said she said situation.
Keep notes and be open to communicating.

Several years ago someone contacted me (I don't remember who he was now) and told me to remove someone from my network. After a couple of days I didn't remove the person I got dinged. Apparently he had many lady friends because I was recieving an anonymous ding everyday that person remained in my network. After four more dings I PM him and explained to him why I was removing him from my network. They removed their dings. I wonder how many others they did that to. There's power in numbers.

This is not a direct response to anybody here.
But there should be two rules for using HX rating system.
First rule: Be honest!
Second rule: Do not be petty! Not every get together will be perfect. That is life. Do not have to report every small thing! My main concerns are twofold. Safety and cleanliness.
I have had a few women cancel at the very last moment or worse not be available at all!
I did not report any of these incidents. Why? Gave them the benefit of the doubt. Anyone can make a mistake!

Baritone1 4-19-21 rated red in KARMA : ICON Used PHONE symbol.. My red mark does not show up in his network, he also has 3 red marks in his network from 2020.... I rated him red for contacting me since 2019 and just texting over and over to never meet, but irritate. I rated him RED only in KARMA

He is a time waster and has no intentions on meeting anyone, he has 1 rating from 2016, one from 2017, 1 from 2018, 1 from 2020, that is good, and then mine from 2021. I rated him RED. He sent some pretty stupid text bout meeting over and over and never met, he is problem just trying to see if im busy, for 1 of his girlfriends.
Curiousmee 3-26-2021 Was rated RED in all but RELIABILITY: Icon USED EMAIL LETTER/Briefcase, he was asking for unsafe things- Go get him all you unsafe ladies!
OcGuy180 4-20021 WAS rated RED in COMPLIANCE, INTEGRITY, KARMA (not red in safety I rated him green in safety) and he is rated grey in reliability. ICON USED PHONE CALL and Brief case: SET time and place to meet, all to find out his PARTNER is in the other room, for me that didnt work, and it would caution other people that even he divulges it at the end, you never know what can go wrong.
Spanky27: 4-5-21 Rated RED in KARMA and SAFETY ICON USED PhoneCALL/No Interaction: Time waster, doesnt know what a deposit is, unfamilar, with how this works, and could possiblly screw up and affect anyone else in the process.

When rating someone, (1) be honest and (2) don't lie.

I disagree with the advice above that if you receive a bullshit rating you should retaliate. Better to place a note in your profile about it and ask people to PM you for more info. If you feel the need to rate them back, I would be cautious about giving more than a red in Karma.
That said, at least two of the red safety ratings Gina detailed above appear to be for wasting her time. That doesn't sound like a safety issue to me, unless they were attempting to meet her and then cancelled/tried to reschedule/ghosted her after she gave them her location information. If someone waits to get your address and then cancels, that is certainly a safety issue.
