The Montage in Laguna has some of the best oysters I’ve ever had. And the scene in the lobby can be really fun on Friday nights.

It's been quite awhile since I've been there, but Fisherman's Restaurant and Bar on the San Clemente pier was a great place to enjoy fresh oysters, and of course the beach!
