So it is in Wayne county that a large discrepancy between registered voters and ballots counted existed.. by a significant amount.
That coupled with the following...
1) delivery trucks are arriving overnight with out of state plates.
2) Republican observers where kicked out at closing just like in Atlanta.
3) Center windows boarded up and doors locked with police guard.
Also it was later discovered Barr owned some $2M in Dominion shares so it doesnt make him appear as impartial.
