Republican celebrities are horrible at governing. Trump is a perfect example and remember California's major budget crisis while Schwarzenegger was governor. Tito Ortiz was a disaster in his position and Cailyn Jenner is ridiculous. I don't think California needs a shitty Republican celebrity in politics.
I also think the Republican agenda is out of touch, that's likely why they always lose the popular vote. At some point you actually have to come up with solutions to problems instead of just bitching and placing blame. Republicans pander too much to religious whackos but without them, they would never win.The Republicans still don't have a plan for health care either even though Trump and members of his administration would constantly say it was two weeks away. I'll pass on voting Republican.

I just don't understand how anybody can defend Newsom. He completely shit the bed with the COVID stuff. First he did nothing, then he instituted the color scheme. Maybe I didn't agree with his numbers, but at least he finally had a plan. Then he just picks a date on the calendar that he thinks will keep him from being recalled for when it's "safe". California COVID web site not longer reports the statistics and he just fires off ad after ad about how California is "roaring back". Fuck that guy. He couldn't make a plan, and when he finally did, he couldn't stick to it. Killed the Cal economy for no reason.

The corrupt hypocritical democrats just pour my hard-earned tax dollars down the drain. I know many liberal voters pay no taxes (because they're billionaire oligarchs with an army of lawyers and accounts, or making unreported income in the underground economy, or are on the government teat, or dead), but I pay an enormous amount with very little ROI.
I am looking so forward to riding the bullet train from Bakersfield to Merced. Actually, by the time it's operational it will be my ashes going for the billion dolla joy ride...

Bird, you and me both. I literally get 52% of my paycheck. Granted I am putting 15% into my 401k, but after Obama completely fucked me over with his "Obama-care", and all Cali taxes, it's brutal. And since Trump basically eliminated the mortgage interest write off, its only going to get worse.
