If you are transferring FXPoints to a friend so they can get themselves out of Quarantine... they can't.
The ability to liberate someone out of Quarantine may return soon, but people can't release themselves, sorry!
So they get the points you transferred right away but they can’t use those FX points to get them out of quarantine. They need to buy themselves out of Q.
