Last time I heard, pretty hard to overthrow a government with a flag, a horned hat and a crutch.
Still NO actual weapons noted for any of the people trespassing in the Capital.

No one is saying they shouldn't be 'charged' with something like 'trespassing'. Maybe anyone who is clearly shown as having destroyed property, charge them. But just wandering around inside the building is NOT insurrection and subject to felony charges.
We watched as police stations and court buildings swarmed, entered, burned, etc. all last summer and how many charges were brought then.....NADA,

Generally speaking, people being allowed into the Capitol through doors unlocked by the Police, chanting, yelling, and waving flags and banners does not constitute an insurrection...especially after they all left the grounds and went home in less than 90 minutes.
The bottom line is this: When you demean, minimize, marginalize, and ignore a very large segment of the population for long enough, and ignore their demands to be heard, they will find a way to be heard, one way or another -- whether you like them or the message, or not!
And that should be a lesson for the left and their willing accomplices in the news and social medias. If you want to look to who caused the January 6th debacle, look no further than the media and social media giants.
It only takes 3.5% of a population to overthrow a government...so 11.5 million Trump supporters acting in concert to effect massive change could get it done. So tread lightly, lefties. See you at the midterms.
