I’ve had this happen to me before and I felt the same way but it turned out that it wasn’t the guy’s fault he just had to call his bank and then he had to send it back in like a couple of days in small increments because Cash App is very finicky and this is how they are and they’ll send the payment back to him just because that’s what they do I don’t know why

If he has fraud protection or if cash app suspects something odd they’ll refund the money until he verifies. Especially if it’s a first time transaction for a large amount or larger than what they normally send
It’s so weird but that’s why cash is always best but if he’s had enough time to clear it up and still won’t then that’s another thing.

I guess it was a new cashapp! he hadn’t used much, He made things right. I only made the blog when i saw him posting and not getting back to me made me think it was intentional but it was said that was not the case.

Really hard to reverse a cash app or venmo payment back to the sender.

I’m not sure if anyone is aware of it but there is an easy way to avoid these
problems. It’s called greenbacks.

It’s pretty hard to reverse a cash app or Venmo transactions, it could have been automatically held by the bank for fraud. Even if he did dispute the charge with the bank they will see that he’s most likely had other cash app transactions and eventually will drop the “fraud” case and let the charge slide through.

They as in cashapp, closed my card and wont tell me why. Just the ole automated reply of you must of disputed a transaction or someone else did or didnt follow the rules. I barely even used the thing and mostly with regs. And I never or they never disputed anything. Few weeks later someone actually tried to use my account to buy off amazon 3 days in a row at the same exact time. I again messaged cashapp like hello someone stole my info, can you open my card back up and give me a new one. They said no, so fuck cashapp.

Yep same thing happened to me when I first started
@sevenyyz revoked a cashap payment and I never was able to get it back.
Moral of the story don’t ever take epayments!

I don’t think a Venmo payment can be disputed. I bought a last-minute concert ticket and was scammed. The app warned that the payment could not be reversed once sent.
