if was every single time...it must have been for another reason than the watch
he is know for wearing a braclet for his son on the same wrist...surprising they didn't bring it up OR the reason was just as bad as looking at the time
he was supposed to be there to listen and console them...not talk about himself or the reasoning for the war in first place
about 2min mark...he talks about the bracelet
the watch thing was just a part of things going bad for him

This is what happens when ACTIVE DUTY military service is not a requirement to hold the office of president and commander in chief.
If you haven't served and taken the oath to lay down your life to protect your country and your fellow Americans....You don't deserve to even fucking think about being president much less the supreme leader of the armed forces.
