It's admittedly getting hard to see the wood for the trees on things like ivermectin with sites like https://c19ivermectin.com/ being quite persuasive (yes, as recommended by DavisM1 I read a fair portion of it.). I'm no pharmacologist so also read various inconclusive reviews of it including from the the British Medical Journal one (a very credible and trusted source).
Correlation isn't causation and there are a lot of variables at play both benign and malign. We should all do our own investigation but at the end of the day you need to trust someone. I'm generally on the side of the establishment, with some healthy skepticism.
My conclusion; masks help but aren't a perfect solution. Medical grade ivermectin, taken in appropriate doses, may have positive benefits but the science isn't there yet. Limited downside so take at your risk. Vaccines are proven and effective.

Further info on Ivermectin:
Nature writes an article appearing to pull the rug out from under Ivermectin, based on suspect trial results.
Read further in the article and you see this....
"However, even if the study is removed, the meta-analysis would still show that ivermectin causes a major reduction in deaths from COVID-19, he says."
As NR would say, this is "confounding"!
