Newsome has not given any direction. I messaged California public health board and asked, what criteria needs go be met in order for the mask mandate in schools to be relaxed, and they legit said they dont have an answer.

All week I've been seeing Barnie Sanders commercials telling me to vote no on the recall because he doesn't want a Right Wing Republican running California. This morning I turned on the television to a barrage of Barack Obama commercials telling me to vote no on the recall. The Democrats are pulling out all the stops. This makes me think that Newsom is the Democrats Golden boy next in line after Biden or Harris for president. If he loses this recall it will set the Democrats back to square one.
I think it's all a big power conspiracy at our expense.

Lamar, it's towing the party line. Each representative per their party is expected to raise x amount of money per their hierarchy level. And show up to represent who even in election campaign to support. Not new.
The electorate wouldn't support a Newsom Presidential Bid, he want's to though, but his sex scandal when mayor would be too easy to destroy for a national democratic contender.
Californian for Presidential bid is nationally problematic. The electorate doesn't float towards CA, till years after adopting already implemented similar CA policies.
The probable reason Senator Kamala Harris was chosen for Vice President was because needed a prosecutor to actually show the "law and order" rather than just talk which Trump was advertising at the time.
Senator Amy Klobuchar was the favorite, former Hennepin County Prosecutor of Minnesota could help clinch Neighboring states of Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin which swung for Trump in 2016 winning the Electoral college by something like 77,800 votes, but loosing the will of the people by 2.8million votes.
Klobuchar became problematic while the Hennepin County Prosecutor. She waved an officers constant mistreatment of citizens keeping him on the force of the municipality of Hennepin County. About 2 months before the decision of Vice President would be announced. That officer was recorded for roughly nine minutes murdering a citizen.
I think this maybe the documentary. The money raising ingrained politics. At the end and again if this is the correct documentary. Talks about states that fund campaign with adding property tax to fund it. Ideally publicly funded campaigns. Private money for politics is just a bad mixture for a Representative Democracy.

I don't like him because he supported the proposition six tax hike. I vote Republican and Democratic depending on who I think is the best candidate. I am usually against anyone proposing tax hikes. Yes I gladly accepted the stimulus check. Call me a hypocrit.

I know and have voted for Dems, Reps and Libertarians whom I know to be interested in positive RESULTS that actually help people navigate thru life.
Progressives are more interested in optics and ideology, than positive results.
Even when their policies clearly don't work, they double down based on ideology.
Every large city in the US is clear evidence of their failure.
The only way you can deny or ignore it, is to cling to your ideology the way Granny Clampett clung to her shotgun.
I invite you idiots to study Bernie Sanders' record as mayor of Burlington VT.
You'll be surprised at how successful he was in getting things done that worked.
That having been said, I don't think he could make that work on the national level.
