The scientists studied healthcare workers who were unable to leave the hospital for two weeks.The data showed that fully vaccinated workers — about two months after injection with the Oxford/AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine (AZD1222) — acquired, carried and presumably transmitted the Delta variant to their vaccinated colleagues.
They almost certainly also passed the Delta infection to susceptible unvaccinated people, including their patients. Sequencing of strains confirmed the workers transmitted SARS-CoV-2 to one another.
This is consistent with the observations in the U.S. from Farinholt and colleagues, and congruent with comments by the director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention conceding COVID-19 vaccines have failed to stop transmission of SARS-CoV-2 (read more here).
On Feb. 11, the World Health Organization indicated the AZD1222 vaccine efficacy of 63.09% against the development of symptomatic SARS-CoV-2 infection. The conclusions of the Chau paper support the warnings by leading medical experts that the partial, non-sterilizing immunity from the three notoriously “leaky” COVID-19 vaccines allow carriage of 251 times the viral load of SARS-CoV-2 as compared to samples from the pre-vaccination era in 2020.

None of the vaccines underwent tests/trials to see how they would react with cardio, reproductive systems or even how they would react with brain tissue. I'm sure they also didn't undergo tests to see what the results would be after taking them with regards to the actual virus.
Course the reason they didn't do those tests & trials is that they take anywhere from 1 - 3 years to do and that'd have kept phizer and monderna from getting a HUGE payday.

You statement is simplistic and childish. Let me explain my position (try to follow the logic):
Smart people appreciate and understand the limitations of their knowledge and actively seek out sufficient information and the advice of professionals prior to making decisions.
People who are not very smart should recognize their cognitive limitations (for the most part) and seek and follow the advice of professionals (in this case, doctors). That is normally what happens.
However, many of those who post in these blogs are in a different class of stupid. They are unable to tell the difference between valid opinions and recommendations and the misinformation (intentional or unintentional) of those who wish to manipulate them for their own personal/political gain. Incredulously, they somehow feel emboldened to give advice that is dangerous and they spread that misinformation potentially jeopardizing the health and safety of whoever reads what they post.
Those who were warned to evacuate because of Hurricane Ida were told that if they stayed in their homes that rescuers will not risk their lives to save them. That's fair, right?
Unvaccinated patients are flooding emergency rooms right now. Should cancer patients and patients who are in dire need of medical care due to various non-Covid illnesses and emergencies lose their lives because people who refused to protect themselves by remaining unvaccinated have taken all of the available spaces in emergency rooms? Should doctors and nurses continually risk their lives (there is always a risk of infection in ERs because of the high viral loads that they are exposed to) treating unvaccinated covid patients?
People need to make better choices, especially in life and death matters. And people need to suffer the consequences of their decisions.

@elvis1-If our governments were clear and upfront about how they utilize this test I'd be more inclined to take your stance that the vaccine is working. Unfortunately they are not which makes myself and others wonder if its possible that the drop in cases could also be associated with a drop in the cycle rate inevitably producing less false positives.
A very simple thing for these testing facilities to show us yet they havent given us a clear path to find specific details about it.
There has not been a proper placebo controlled study for vaccines in 37 years.
I care about unbiased, peer reviewed studies with control groups that utilize things like the scientific method. I care about studies that monitor the actual short term problems and long term issues the vaccine may cause.
It takes 5+ years to develop vaccines. The fact so many came out within months using emergency authorization doesn't make much sense. If scientists were capable of such efficiency, why hasn't it been utilized for other diseases and viruses? Record speed indicates a higher risk of mistakes as well.
Also, if the virus was fully isolated, where are all the cures/treatments? Oh yeah. The CDC and other agencies claimed the same treatments they now endorse or claim have validity were ineffective when proposed last year.
There's validity that the vaccine itself is causing mutations. Even NPR than an article about that in February.
So what's better: insisting everyone wash their hands before touching their face and using effective treatments or using an experimental vaccine that is causing more mutations?

It is crazy that DavisM1 keeps on posting things where he doesn’t understand the relevance to the discussion. His post (copied below) actually suggests that you should get vaccinated to protect yourself from severe disease and death from Covid because everyone can spread Covid - both vaccinated and unvaccinated.
Covid vaccines greatly reduces the likelihood that the vaccinated will catch Covid. But the Delta variant is a particularly virulent strain of the virus. Vaccinated people can catch it and they can spread Covid easily. No one is stating otherwise.
The take home message is that since both unvaccinated and vaccinated people can transmit Covid, your likelihood of catching it is significantly greater with the Delta variant.
If it weren’t already obvious, the population most at risk are the unvaccinated. Hospitalizations are predominantly unvaccinated, and deaths are nearly 100% unvaccinated.
The vaccinated mostly experience no symptoms, rarely get severity of disease requiring hospitalization, and almost never die of Covid after catching it.
This is where most humans with any sense go get vaccinated. The rest of you will likely be forced to be vaccinated eventually, assuming you don’t die of Covid before it is mandated.
