What strikes you as insidious about this? Seems like a patent to link wearables with mining. Companies have been patenting these “what if” concepts for the last decade as patent wars heated up.
Human body activity associated with a task provided to a user may be used in a mining process of a cryptocurrency system. A server may provide a task to a device of a user which is communicatively coupled to the server. A sensor communicatively coupled to or comprised in the device of the user may sense body activity of the user. Body activity data may be generated based on the sensed body activity of the user. My career began in nursing & I worked level 1 trauma, pediatrics, medical, surgical, burns, neuro, oncology, etc. then adult medicine. I went into hospital administration, & worked my way up to the COO position. We have always billed for hospital services using what is known as DRG CODES (Diagnostic Related Grouping) but during President Obama's terms we moved to a new system of billing, ICD CODES. These codes were developed by none other than the WHO (World Health Organization) & guarantee that your Medical information is shared with various factions at the UN. In 2014 as my teams began preparations for the new IC-10 CODES, I was in class & began snooping through the various codes for ICD-9. I want you to research ICD-9 E978. This code as defined by the Affordable Care Act (AKO Obamacare) allows the execution of citizens by beheading to be coded & billed through Medicare Services. Read the entire code & be shocked.

Ok, I'm going to go slow, in simple bullet points.
1. You sent a link to a medical billing code for legally-ordered executions, such as those in Texas, Florida, and many other states. They state various types of execution methods covered.
2. It's a medical billing code, it's not a law, mandate, or regulation.
3. That code was retired on October 1, 2015, and there is currently no equivalent according to the site you linked. To be fair I haven't researched past your source.
4. States are in charge of setting up their own execution methods, including firing squads.
5. Where do you make the jump from "oh look, here's a medical code" to "the government is going to start beheading people"
6. They have medical codes for breast enhancements, but I'm guessing the government isn't going to mandate those, even though it would be a fabulous idea in some cases.

You said that this country adopted the codes created by the WHO. Often they are adopted verbatim. Since the WHO covers the entire world, the threw in every possible way to execute someone (some countries still behead people, such as Saudi Arabia).
That doesn't mean that it can actually happen in the United States. We have more restrictive laws that determine how executions can be performed. Beheading would be considered "cruel and unusual punishment" under the Eighth Amendment to Constitution, so it would never happen here even if it is codified.
