This is all true, friends have experienced ED, no sex drive..& their face went to chit..mostly from
rogaine.
I started to lose a bit in my temples in my early 30’s & early on learned how to stop it without getting on drugs. Still have a full head of hair without any lose because I stick to my regimen.

I’ll tell you the secrets to stopping hair loss..this is what worked for me.
1)STOP MASTERBATING.
You will find countless forums of people telling you this. I didn’t believe it, but every time I did the deed I noticed my temples would itch, & if I ran my hand through my hair I would notice the shed. Especially in the shower.
When I stopped for a couple weeks, not only was my overall mood better, I was hornier, felt more confident, better overall mood, & noticed considerable less loss.
When you whack it, you lose Zinc, & a host of other minerals from your body. You may be saying..so take Zinc, that helps, but not enough, you may be saying what about sex..? Women secrete the fluids you lose naturally within their..you know what. This isn’t bro science, this is a fact. But what about safe sex? Sorry, not trying to get kicked off here..
2) CUT OUT ALL SUGAR
This was huge for me. I never liked soda too much, just RootBeer & Dr.Pepper occasionally but I was a chocolate fiend. I would notice the same thing, itchy temples, shedding, etc. every time I had dessert or a good chocolate bar. Once I stopped, so did the problems.

Going the synthetic route, you will most likely lose hair, but when I started to lift heavy & consistently, for some reason my hair really got thicker.
This is what worked for me. Call it BroScience if you like, but I’ve done enough research, been on enough forums speaking to people with the same issues to know what is best for my body.
Oh, & stay away from those fukin vaccines

Propecia is an 5-alpha-reductase inhibitors. I some time take saw palmetto which also is an 5ARi. I have no problem getting hard. However, it kill the desire for sex. The hottest girl can walk by and I would not care.
on a side note, 5ARi also shut down transmembrane protease, serine 2 (TMPRSS2). Covid need both ACE2 and TMPRSS2. So, it is a good med for covid.

I have been on propecia for over 10 years and I have never had any mayor side effects. I started losing my hair at the crown around 25 yrs old and I started taking the pill around there.
The most common side effect I can tell is that you sex drive goes down a notch, which is actually good. I mean too much of it and you end up doing stupid things or spending too much money. So in a way is good, bc it controls your libido and you are able to concentrate on other things. But you still want to have sex, its not like you completely lose interest on it. I am in my 40s now, I can still shot a nice load and get hard. So about, the later, I seem to have trouble getting hard when the chick is ugly.
For example, you see the girl in pix she posts and she looks great and all, nice skin, nice body, but when you actually meet her she either not the girl in the pic, OR her pix are so photoshoped, she is actually ugly in person. That is when my ED really kicks in and for the love of god, I can not get it up. But funny thing, I meet a good looking chick in her early 20's and my penis is suddenly hard as rock...so ya'll go figure...

Interesting blog. At 71 I have never had a problem with hair loss or getting it up. It's almost a curse.
Had a major prostate surgery a few months ago called a TURP. Changed my life for the better. I can go 4 or 5 times a day again. Not talking about peeing.

I tried it but stopped right away midway through first bottle after I noticed flag was at half staff. It is seriously not a good tradeoff. CoachMila and June would love to work with you on natural ways to maintain/improve tip top shape and function. 🤓

interesting blog..
i used rogaine in my early 20's - it worked fine but it was a real nuisance to put in that treatment twice a day - at some point i cut back to couple times a week and the hair gain slowly depleted again, maybe after 2 years..
i tried propecia but didnt care for it for some reason, maybe just having to take a pill seemed stupid - might have tried for a month.
when i was in my late 40s i did a very thorough medical check up - amongst other had my testosterone measured and the physician asked me if i was on any testosterone treatment as my numbers were as high a an average 20 year old.
sure explained being horny 24/7...
have never had a problem getting wood though if i want to go twice in say an hour, its good to get some help from V.
on that note has any had hair transplants?
some friends of mine got it done and looks very good, seriously thinking going that route.

Not only Propecia, but many of the pharmaceuticals being promoted on TV have side effects that make you go Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm ?

I've taken propecia daily for 24 years and never had any issues whatsoever. There's some actual knowledge for you.

Also, I still have a full head of hair while one brother got hair transplant surgery at 30 and the other went bald in his early 20s.

I took Propecia for years with no side effects.
Then when I started getting annual PSA prostate screenings, two different doctors told me that Propecia can interfere with the PSA test results. I quit taking it. About 1/4 of my hair fell out in 6 months.
