China is a sovereign nation, and we don't act like the Japanese when they cowardly sneak attacked us in Pearl Harbor by playing games in time differentials in diplomatic talks and declaration of war notices.
If we attack another sovereign nation, we notify them first by an ultimatum, and if that fails, a declaration of war.
How is Gen. Miley a traitor? He's following protocol and rule of engagement. If China does not attack us, we don't attack them without notice. Think of the Belgrade China Embassy bombing in 1999, that was an "accidental attack" by our airforce on China's sovereign land - their embassy in Belgrade. Clinton had to come out all puffy eyed on national television to issue a formal apology or all hell would've gotten loose. Them PLA and PLAN deployed all their conventional and nuclear subs and navies after their embassy was hit. Some claimed they were fueling the ICBMs.
Them PLA generals have often said to our counterpart that are we willing to trade Los Angeles for Taipei if any attack happens. Well shit, most of us posting here live in the greater Los Angeles area. I say if our top brass is about to issue an attack on China, announce it so we can fucking prepare.

The United States of America's military does not act in cowardice. If we decide to attack a sovereign nation, not a terrorist organization, they will know about it first. But nevermind that, we could have held,kabul evacuated all of our ppl to Bagram airbase, flew them out and then scorched earth Bagram and the military equipment left there as the last of our forces left.
Or we could have left Afghanistan during the winter handing Bagram airbase over too the Afghanistan security forces and Afghanistan government.
The Taliban only fight during the spring and summer and flee into Pakistan during the winter as It is too cold to fight there during the winter

We never should have left.
We now no longer have a base of operations to use when running ops in China, Russia or other places, and we look like weak simpletons. We traded short term gains for screwing ourselves over in the long term, and we had no competent leadership partners in place.
The whole thing stank of incompetence and throwing the Afghans under a bus when they were not part of the Daho negotiations.
Yes, Biden blundered heavily during the actual exit, and the incompetence is staggering. But we should not have left, not like this, and the agreement and the terms made by a “deal maker” are absurd.

This whole story comes about from a book by the POS Bob Woodward. The accusations are not confirmed but so far Milley has not stepped up to deny the story.
Treason has a clear definition. If true Milley is guilty and there is nothing in the description of treason that says "but in the case of Trump being President its OK to contact your enemy..."
Also this happened on the same day Pelosi contacted Milley on Jan 8th so you can bet this is tied to the totally setup "insurrection" two days before.
