The insurrectionists so far are agreeing to plea deals with the DOJ to give up information on who coordinated with them. It could lead to Members of Congress and the White House. No point to frying a sardine when you really want the big fish.
Rabbit or Jazz was jumping up and down about how the FBI determined that no there was no coordination. That’s a false story. They haven’t determined anything yet.
Whatever the penalty ends up being, it will have to be strong enough to deter insurrections from happening again. It definitely won’t be a slap on the wrist.

It's called lawfare... The government is saying agree to this or be prosecuted to the fullest extent possible... most of these middle income or lower people can't afford a lawyer for this type of prosecution.
This has nothing to do with the merit of evidence against them and everything to do with self preservation on the defendants part.

If trespassing on the Capitol is a crime for these individus why not during the Kavanaugh hearings... it was nearly the same amount of chaos at the capitol that day but I don't remember anyone being arrested...funny not haha.

The FBI hasn’t had time to determine anything. They are still trying to find the man or woman who planted bombs at the DNC and RNC headquarters, and they are still looking for some of the people on the tapes that they haven’t found yet and are asking the public for information on their identities.
The head of the Oath Keepers has been cooperating with prosecutors, and the cell phone records that the January 6 Commission sought (which caused McCarthy to threaten them, suggesting that he’s hiding something) will help determine which Members of Congress and the Senate coordinated with the insurrectionists.
I’m sure you guys would like this to go away quickly, but it won’t. This needs to happen or the losers will attack our government again. Maybe some of you are fine with with people attacking our government.
