If you're vaccinated, yes, there's a small chance of getting it and spreading it.
If you're vaccinated, you're also likely not going to end up in the hospital yourself.
ICU care for unvaccinated people starts at $10K and goes up from there.
From June through August 2021, preventable COVID-19 hospitalizations among unvaccinated adults cost over $5 Billion. Insurance companies are starting to not cover treatment. So it's also a business decision to enforce vaccination.
Quit whining like a baby. Stop being a pussy. Get the vaccination.

Healthcare workers absolutely have to be fired if they are being irresponsible. Imagine going in healthy for a checkup and leaving with Covid because the fucking nurse is an idiot who is unvaccinated.
I know a nurse who caught Covid twice and, up to a month ago, had refused to get vaccinated.
Healthcare workers need to be held to a higher standard. Stupidity is not an excuse. Unfortunately, many nurses are dumb as a rock.

How about this.
If you choose to not get vaccinated .. absolutely your choice to do so.
However, if you become sick from COVID it is not going to be covered by any Insurance be it private or public or welfare. All expenses resulting from that decision will be paid by that individual out of pocket and not the system. All decisions have ramifications.

Staff shortages at hospitals are going to get worse regardless.
Turns out most health care professionals aren't thrilled about taking the booster, the ones that took the vax's.
According to the interview and polling data I saw dr's and nurses that took the vax, under mandate, figure they've done their part and most have said they won't get the booster.
If that happens I can see hospitals shutting their doors because they no longer have the staff to keep them open. Either that or they reverse their position on forcing people to take a medication they don't want.
Fortunately I've got a great medicine man and he does house calls.

I Googled that number and found this information:
"As of Wednesday, 84% of all hospital employees were fully vaccinated. And 81% of staff at all adult care facilities and 77% of nursing home facility staff were fully vaccinated as of Thursday."
You also claimed that if 84% of healthcare workers are unvaccinated, what do they know about the risks?
As I'm sure you know, 96% of all doctors were fully vaccinated by June 11, 2021. That number should be hovering around 100% by now. That means that the 16% of healthcare workers (in NY) who remain unvaccinated are nurses, maintenance staff, etc., and I wouldn't put any weight into anything they do.

The poll also asked if they weren't going, or reluctant, to take it why.

In the interview, he said that the numbers kinda took him by surprise because he expected people that had already gotten the mrna vax to be prone to taking the booster as well. But that the data didn't show that, instead the data show just the opposite.
