Yeah, there are like hundreds and hundreds of proteases, and the proteases ivermectin and Pfizer's drug inhibit can be very different. These drugs most certainly have different dissociation constants in different environments.
In other words, they most likely have very little in common with one another.

During H1N1....obama/biden CDC estimated that at least 60 million americans got it.
Covid is estimated to be at least 100 million as its more transmissible.
