Posting this to help anyone who might need it. It definitely works
It’s legit. If you know anyone who’s behind tell em to apply with their landlord. After both applications are completed call the next day to have them linked. For tenants The qualification has nothing to do with immigration status or having a tax id. It’s income based and you can claim zero income, as long as your taxes reflect that. Landlords only need to provide a signed lease/month to month agreement, a signed W9 and a rental ledger for that specific unit.

All I can say, is it works. I know a few people who got their arrears rent taken care of completely along with months in the future. This isn’t a political post. The money is there and is being dispersed. California wide
