i quit vaping last year - before i couldnt leave the house without it.
vaping to me was harder to quit than cigarettes as its so convenient and literally can vape anywhere.
plus you tell yourself its much healthier than smoking...

It's heartbreaking to see the mental spiraling. Emotions up and down down down like a psych patient.
I'm probably going to be an advocate for anti-vape. It's the silent energy killer.
Take a moment to look at the link. It's pretty interesting how something that looks so innocent can totally control your mind. I'm witnessing this now with some nurses who work in ER!

Tried cigarettes, but they weren’t for me. Never had the interest in vaping. At one time, I did believe that they were a safe alternative to cigarettes. A coworker called it a few years ago. She was right.

A number of years ago I quit smoking by using the nicotine gum for a few days. If you are sufficiently motivated I imagine the gum would work for getting away from vaping.
The physical addiction to almost any substance known to mankind can be eliminated in less than 2 weeks. The psychological addiction may take much longer.
