A lot of this is cherry picked data to misinform and scare people.
Vaccines still protect extremely well against severe disease and hospitalizations, even with waning immunity.
The effectiveness is still 80% for seniors as opposed to 95%.
That means the chances of getting a severe disease or hospitalization is 80% reduced if you are vaccinated compared to the same person if unvaccinated.
Waning immunity effects infections substantially more than severe disease and hospitalizations.
Vaccines rock!

Vaccines can be far from perfect and still put a knife into an epidemic. Look at the vaccine for pertussis for instance. It doesn't prevent infection, and you also need boosters (albeit not as frequently).

It's important to be able to understand what sequences of the coronavirus are potentially dangerous to humans, so when we find samples in caves, for example, we can estimate the danger based on knowing the sequences.
Granted, not all of what the Wuhan Institute of Virology did is known.

Sure I can give an alternate hypothesis.
The Delta variant made its way through India first before Israel, until it burned out, and new cases finally dropped. That's usually what happens during these waves. It is very possible the drop had nothing to do with Ivermectin, particularly since Ivermectin hasn't shown itself to be so effective in large RCTs unless you want to talk about studies that get retracted due to falsifying data.
Why was Israel's 4th, Delta wave such an outlier, even with vaccination?
Contributing factors:
—Vaccine waning at the time Delta hit.
—Delta's hyper-contagiousness
— ~37% of total population unvaccinated (it's a myth that Israel is highly vaccinated -- they were the first to vaccinate a substantial portion of the population, sure, but 63% vaccination isn't great nowadays compared to say Portugal at >80%)
Nonetheless, vaccination in Israel held up pretty well against serious cases and death. (See link).
I think the Delta wave was horribly destructive in India, with estimates of 2.5 million dying in India during Delta. (see source below).
Imagine how many of those lives could have been saved with the vaccine.
