The system is very noisy. Again, these are temporal associations, not causal ones.
This is an example of hypervigilance of reporting any symptom that temporally correlated with a COVID vaccine shot.
CDC goes through the claims, medical records, etc.. to find out if the association is causal. Only one has shown up in terms of death — very rare blood clots with the J and J vaccine.
We’ve also seen the data used to make links between rare instances of myocarditis with mRNA vaccines and Guillain-Barre with the J and J shot.
All of this means the system is working not that it is broken.
If the government wanted to lie to you, they would not make this VAERS system transparent at all. It’s the transparency that should give us confidence the system is working.

@Waterdisport22: You give very cherry-picked, partial information from the CDC, without the important details that I added.
Sure I'm concerned, but you'd expect with hundreds of millions of people over a period of 6 months that many of these ailments would normally be expected by random chance, and the CDC may know this background prevalence rate, so the CDC can check if the rate of occurrence of certain ailments reported by VAERS exceeds what is expected normally. That's how we know myocarditis is a problem. This is typical epidemiological research. Furthermore, I know the CDC is doing its due diligence to follow through with what has been reported.
