About 58% of the state of Florida is fully vaccinated. If there had been more vaccination in Florida prior to the wave, the amplitude of the wave that just occurred would have been significantly less.
If people aren't going to do the right thing, then there needs to be a vaccine mandate, period.

I know I'll get heat from that but essentially it can b anywhere.. it's also bout viral load. When I got covid I was with a student friend and I think I drank hos water bottle left in my car or got it in sitting distance apart. I wasn't sick at all.

Been in FL two weekends now cleaning out their estates.

92% of the people who died of covid are over the age of 65, which means
means most of them are retired and not even in the workplace.
So why didn't the govt just try to isolate them and give them priority to the vaccine?
But instead the people least likely to die of covid are made to suffer.
Children not able to go to school, businesses bankrupted or forced to take huge losses,
while the homeless and illegals are not forced to do anything. No masks, no social
distancing, and no vaccinations.
At this point, I believe only about 500 children have died of covid out 700,000 deaths
Yet thousands of children have died from many other causes other than covid.
It has been stated that more children have been killed by guns in Chicago
over the same period of time.
As I have stated before, this idea that you have to save lives at all costs
can get very expensive. Something only fools would do.
With this kind of thinking, you may not be allowed to die.
You could be kept on life support indefinitely, with the belief that you
might recover. Can you imagine thousands of people on life support?
That is totally economically impossible.
But of course Dems don't seem to understand the economics of life.
