Most of his sorry ass was eaten by the local wildlife, so determining a cause of death with little soft tissue remaining and teeth marks all over the bones is unlikely...unless there's a bullet hole in his skull.
The moron is dead, and that's a good thing. A guy can't control his emotions enough that he murders his own fiancee rather than just walking away doesn't deserve to walk among us.
