Here’s the thing. You’re just simply not very intelligent. You know that. Dozens of people throughout the course of your life have explained that to you but you continue to embarrass yourself with shameless exposures of your underdeveloped mental organ to complete strangers. You don’t know how to conduct sophisticated interdisciplinary research (here’s a hint: it’s not a google search for “covid conspiracies”), you don’t know what information literacy is, or peer reviewed sources are. As far as I can tell, you don’t even know what covid, science, or human anatomy are. There’s nothing wrong with being conservative or skeptical or jealous for ones liberty. But life, liberty, and happiness carry the burden of responsibility. Responsibilities to truth, to the well being of others, and to accredited experts more dedicated to altruism and community and decency than your pained and diseased soul could ever comprehend.

With regards to horneycouple or whatever the name is, as much as I and the rest of the civilized world reveres and adores a man who sexually capitalizes his significant other on a website I reserve my admiration for a later date when he learns to properly contextualize an argument beyond generic cliches like “opinions are like assholes”: how droll, how witty. So far less than 40 children have died of covid in CA,
yet plenty of damage has been done to residents of this state
in a effort to save lives at all costs.
Was this expense worth it? I don't think so.
Sweden didn't have a shutdown and they seem to have
weathered covid. About 15K died of covid so far with a population of about 10 million.
That's 0.15% of the population.
Who is dying of covid in Sweden? The same as in other countries.
It's the elderly, those over 65.
So why didn't governments just isolate the sick, weak and elderly and
let the younger people go about their business?
Instead, younger stronger people were forced to suffer in order
to try and save old people, most who are not even in the workplace.
I fail to see the logic of business shutdowns to control the spread of covid.
I find it interesting to see that people were wearing masks and social
distancing and prevented from attending large gatherings, and even
been vaccinated and the the elderly were still dying of covid.
I think we could have learned something from Japan with less than 18,000 covid deaths
out of a population of over 126 million.

Florida did that. They established 13 sites along the East and West coast of FL. And when an elderly person tested positive they went to a facility set up to care for them....and were NOT sent back into the nursing home.
Unlike the following DEM Governors who by MANDATE sent them back into nursing homes....and the states are: California......New York,....Penn,......New Jersey......& Michigan.
And ya wonder why NY had all those elderly deaths......smh
