Hey!
I’m looking for some good Central American Tamales.
The kind that are wrapped in banana leafs, not corn husk.
I had a housekeeper from Guatemala, who made some outstanding ones.
Also had them in the Yucatán, outside of Cancun. Mostly chicken, vegetables and Chile. Very moist.
