Based on some of what I heard from the prosecution witnesses, this will be a very quick not guilty.

Prosecution is trying to fatigue Kyle and hit him with a lot of redundancy in an attempt to discredit his entire testimony. This is a dirty tactic. They aren’t looking for the truth, they’re just trying to catch him miss speaking, using different vocabulary etc.
not a single person i see in the courthouse is paying attention to what is going on.

Today the defense requested a mistrial "with prejudice " which would prevent the prosecution from ever raising charges again.
This judge has pretty much had it this prosecutor.
Meanwhile you have Democrat House Caucus leader Hakeem Jeffries tweeting "lock up Rittenhouse and throw away the key"...
This coming from a Congressman dedicated to prison reform.

To me it seem like clear self defense, these guys were going after him with weapons and he only shot back when he was attacked.

Mistrial means that trial stops and everything begins again. It’s a do over basically.
Mistrial with prejudice means the trial stops and it is over. The defendant can never be tried again for those incidents.
The prosecutor was walking a very fine line of doing enough to get a mistrial but not so much to get one with prejudice. I think he went too far and the judge is going to kick the whole thing with prejudice and Rittenhouse will go free. Does not mean he or his parents can’t be sued civilly.

The prosecution rushed to judgement and didn't really evaluate the merits of its case. Knee jerk reaction to go with the woke public sentiment, not caring about facts and proof.
This keeps happening over and over again. When will these prosecutors pull their heads out of their asses and look at facts, evidence and truth...not which way the wind is blowing today.

I agree that a skateboard is a weapon and can do serious damage. I was just pointing out that Rittenhouse didn't have a gun pointed at him when he shot the second guy. His main defense was that the second victim was grabbing his rifle when he shot him.

i saw the testimony yesterday about him pointing the gun at the ground before he shot the dude in the arm...prosecution had a FRAME in the video where they argued it was pointed at him and that was the reason. We got to see the slow motion video today...he was definitely trying to point the gun at the ground before being attacked
i liked yesterday how the prosecutor was asking him why he didn't put his gun down before running to put out the fires, or maybe give it to someone? that was when he was alone btw
the dude should not have brought a weapon to this thing at all...he will be guilty of something in those ranges(rightfully so)...the STATE line issue is probably not happening...looks like gun stayed in WI the whole time
