Many ladies travel with their pet. Usually caged, or in the bathroom out of sight. Sometimes cat is laying peacefully in the room. I don't have allergies, so no problem.

I always have mine with me. There's been no problems if they have theirs with them. It's healthier for your brain than traveling alone.

I always bring my Frenchie and go crazy when she’s not with me . Sometimes tho it is a lil more difficult. And especially in my situation people get robbed for their dogs ! But if you screen carefully and are aware I think it’s way better and eases our mental as a provider to have a companion. Personally I’m a dog person and like dogs better than human 😁😁

I forgot to answer your question, sweet June. I've seen ladies who have had their pet with them and I am okay with it.
