For Steak, Market Broiler at the Ontario Mills or Ourback Steakhouse at the MIlls. Also Black Angus at Montclair plaza 5 min away from Ontario off of the 10

Owen's Bistro in Chino...I know what everyone thinks of Chino but this is a real hidden gem. Husband and wife run the restaurant and have won many awards.
Menu is based on what the chef/owner finds at the market. Dinner is at least an hour and the hostess is very knowledgeable on their wine.

Owens Bistro in Chino, someone mentioned it earlier this place is very very good.
Vinter's Taven in Chino
You could always go to Flemings in Victoria Gardens
That is if you want really good food otherwise you can take the recommendation of Black Angus and Outback.....
