take the benefit of being self-employed / 1099.
its a direct kick in the face of those who supported the previous administration.
maybe they should start taxing benefits if they really want to close the gap.
all the benefits a teacher or firefighter get in california by example - mostly non taxed.

the hole is going to be deep for next admin in charge
we probably need some taxes to pay for the covid spend

there are a few things in the bill that are good, but NEED major oversight and the fraud could be huge
think the universal preK stuff is important...there needs to be big-time testing to make sure providers can stay in business and qualify for gov. money. could help solve the reading/math issues in the following years.
