You don't think if it's mutating that fast it's a live virus? And if you get the vaccine how is it going to protect against these new mutations? It's not.
This virus wasn't even noticed although it's been around the whole time. It wasn't an issue really until China weaponized it.
This is why it's not a fucking village. When people with your knowledge on the disease and immunologically active variants are allowed to make decisions for everyone you kill the whole village.

It used to be the jab proponents tried to sell the jab on everyone that it would keep you from getting "long" covid. I guess once you study something longer than a couple months, you find the original data is bs. Seams now the jab won't even protect you jab lovers from that now either.

And duh! If a vaxxed individual gets a breakthrough infection, of course I'd expect the same long-COVID effects as non-vaxxed. COVID is COVID.

the virus is not going away for a long time - get used to it..
its like the common cold, it is actually also a corona virus - and there are thousands of variations of the common cold.
do whats best for you - if you do ivermectin - just know its best to use as a weekly dosage to keep the virus out.
if you get the virus you need a very high dosage ivermectin to nail it, a dosage which is consider dangerous in itself.
if you choose the vaxx - you might need to take boosters for a while - long term effects not really known yet.
or go natural and let your immune system map the dna of this MF - might kill you, might make you sick for a couple weeks, might give you long covid.
but i feel if you come out the other end, now your immunesystem has mapped the dna of the virus and anytime it encounters the same or perhaps even a variations, the antibodies are quickly produced by your own body.

This new variant may not be more fit or more transmissible than Delta. The prevalence of Delta was already very low in South Africa, where this new variant may have originated, and this new variant could therefore easily gotten a foothold by random chance, not because it is more fit.
True there are many mutations in the spike protein which signals the potential for immune escape. But recall Beta and Gamma have more mutations than Delta, but it was Delta, not them, that gained world-wide prevalence.
Watch to see if this new variant outcompetes Delta in other regions where Delta has high prevalence. Only then would I begin to take this variant seriously.

Well , we could stop flights from south Africa. We've got too many non vaccinated. If it gets here it has the traits of being worse than delta. Most people in hospitals are non vaccinated with delta. It's too early to know how virulent or deadly... of course by the time we know how bad omicron is it could be too late to stop it coming here.
