New Study — Omicron hospitalization risk is one-third of Delta…
So is Newsom following the science.....2/3 lower.
Fear will not work anymore....its coming out.
Good news! I just jumped out of my chair and cheered reading it. New data out of Scotland suggests that Omicron has a two-thirds reduction in risk of hospitalization compared to Delta. The preprint (ie not yet peer reviewed) data will be up on University of Edinburgh’s site soon

U.S Army creates single Vaccine against all Covid and SARS variants…
Within weeks, Walter Reed researchers expect to announce that human trials show success against Omicron—and even future strains.
Within weeks, scientists at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research expect to announce that they have developed a vaccine that is effective against COVID-19 and all its variants, even Omicron, as well as previous SARS-origin viruses that have killed millions of people worldwide.
The achievement is the result of almost two years of work on the virus. The Army lab received its first DNA sequencing of the COVID-19 virus in early 2020. Very early on, Walter Reed’s infectious diseases branch decided to focus on making a vaccine that would work against not just the existing strain but all of its potential variants as well.
Walter Reed’s Spike Ferritin Nanoparticle COVID-19 vaccine, or SpFN, completed animal trials earlier this year with positive results. Phase 1 of human trials, which tested the vaccine against Omicron and the other variants, wrapped up this month, again with positive results that are undergoing final review, Dr. Kayvon Modjarrad, director of Walter Reed’s infectious diseases branch, said in an exclusive interview with Defense One. The new vaccine will still need to undergo phase 2 and phase 3 trials.

Two Common Over-the-Counter Compounds Reduce COVID-19 Virus Replication by 99% in Early Testing
A pair of over-the-counter compounds has been found in preliminary tests to inhibit the virus that causes COVID-19, University of Florida Health researchers have found.
The combination includes diphenhydramine, an antihistamine used for allergy symptoms. When paired with lactoferrin, a protein found in cow and human milk, the compounds were found to hinder the SARS-CoV-2 virus during tests in monkey cells and human lung cells.
The findings by David A. Ostrov, Ph.D., an immunologist and associate professor in the UF College of Medicine’s department of pathology, immunology and laboratory medicine and his colleagues, are published in the journal Pathogens.
“We found out why certain drugs are active against the virus that causes COVID-19. Then, we found an antiviral combination that can be effective, economical, and has a long history of safety,” Ostrov said.
Due to his earlier research with colleagues at UF, Ostrov already knew diphenhydramine was potentially effective against the SARS-CoV-2 virus. The latest discovery has its roots in a routine meeting of scientists with the Global Virus Network’s COVID-19 task force. One researcher presented unpublished data on federally approved compounds that inhibit SARS-CoV-2 activity, including lactoferrin.
Like diphenhydramine, lactoferrin is available without a prescription. Ostrov thought about pairing it with diphenhydramine and ran with the idea. In lab tests on human and monkey cells, the combination was particularly potent: Individually, the two compounds each inhibited SARS-CoV-2 virus replication by about 30%. Together, they reduced virus replication by 99%.
The findings, Ostrov said, are a first step in developing a formulation that could be used to accelerate COVID-19 recovery. It also raises the prospect of further study through an academic-corporate partnership for human clinical trials focused on COVID-19 prevention. Additional research into the compounds’ effectiveness for COVID-19 prevention is already underway in mouse models.
To establish their findings, the research team focused on proteins expressed in human cells known as sigma receptors. In COVID-19 cases, the virus “hijacks” stress-response machinery, including sigma receptors, in order to replicate in the body. Interfering with that signaling appears to be the key to inhibiting the virus’s potency. “We now know the detailed mechanism of how certain drugs inhibit SARS-CoV-2 infection,” Ostrov said.
Pfizer will not be happy.....

Farewell, University of California
In August I challenged the UC vaccine mandate in federal court. Yesterday the University fired me for refusing the vaccine.
Yesterday I received the following notice from the University of California, effective immediately, where I have served for almost fifteen years as Professor at UCI School of Medicine and Director of the Medical Ethics Program at UCI Health:
This termination has been an opportunity for me to reflect on my time at UCI, especially my time there during the Covid pandemic. Two years ago I never could have imagined that the University would dismiss me and other doctors, nurses, faculty, staff, and students for this arbitrary and capricious reason. I want to share a bit of my story, not because I am unique but simply because my experience is representative of what many others—who do not necessarily have a public voice—have experienced since these mandates went into effect.

Something as simple as nasal rinse and antimicrobial mouth wash to reduce covid viral load. Reduced viral load, reduced covid severity.

My sister, brother and I, all seniors, didn't get vaccinated and got covid.
I think we all have natural immunity, now. 🤞
I guess according to Biden, we're all going die from Omicron, soon.

^Same here Doc, a girl I’m seeing gave me Covid, she got it from her client that is FULLY VACCINATED...
My girly friend & I got over it in a lil over a week, the fully vaccinated client of her’s whom is only 32 & in good shape was hospitalized.
Welcome to Clown World.

Anecdotal evidence cannot explain what goes in in a population. The unvaccinated has a significantly greater chance than the vaccinated or those with antibodies to be hospitalized. Natural immunity is problematic because there is such a huge variance in terms of how the immune system was affected. Some studies show most infected get antibodies. Others have shown most don’t. You’re in good shape if you got antibodies, but just like vaccination, they will wane as well.
|
|
The good news is waning antibodies has much more of a detrimental effect on getting reinfected than on getting reinfected with serious disease. You probably have good memory T and B cells, the former in particular will act as a bulwark against serious disease.

I'm wondering what this does to stock prices of vaccine producers like Moderna?
If this works, why would we need all the others?
Nanotech has been used for years to deliver specific medication to cancer cells.
This appears to be a logical step.
Could it be extended to other viral infections?
That's the great thing about any highly stressful event, like a pandemic.
Human ingenuity finds the answers.
It's the reason why climate change is bullshit.
More than 100 years ago, our major cities were drowning in horse shit, lierally.
Then someone invented the automobile.
Human ingenuity is an amazing thing.

ALL immunity is natural. Antibodies, vaccine or COVID-19 induced, are made by your body.
You know what's not natural? Monoclonal antibodies; they're literally cloned cells from one parent line. Some are even transgenic. How do you like mouse DNA in your monoclonal antibodies today?
Ya learn something new every day.

^^False. It’s been shown that the “novel” spike is the antigen responsible for the worst symptoms that less healthy people experience, not the virus it’s attached to. Old Dominion injected the spike alone without it’s Corona companion into humanized mice. The mice experienced all the worst symptoms people do. Salk and university of California SD have also shown this. It creates and exacerbates vascular diseases. There are plenty of others and it’s pretty obvious by now. Why the fuck would you code cells to make the “novel” part (that is the fucking toxic payload of an otherwise run-of-the-mill cold) of a novel virus whose family of viruses are a common endemic nuisance? There are many non-novel Cov Sars2 characteristics that would have presented and allowed for immune response to a wide range of Coronas. Coding for the spike alone is a missed opportunity to target a wide array of Coronas (the way your natural immune system does) and they could have used a non or less toxic element of Coronas and taught your immune system to make and attack it. Let’s not forget where this fancy new chimeric spike amplified tool was created.
The vaccine codes for ONE SINGLE SPIKE PROTEIN outer layer..natural immunity encompasses all of it.
We also know vaccinated individuals in peak health are suddenly dying or having major medical complications. They aren't admitting its due to the vaccine but I read a stat awhile back that there has been a 500% uptick in heart complications with professional athletes. They literally have videos of people playing basketball, soccer, etc. collapsing on the field/court.
There is clear collusion between big tech, news firms and government officials to sensor cases of negative effects of the vaccine.
Stop calling it a vaccine because they aren't. Let's just create something that will literally only target the specific spike protein and not the whole virus. That won't make it easily escapable....Call it for what it is - A pretreatment, just like the flu shot. It only last 6 months, a vaccine should last a hell of a lot longer + provide immunity + prevent death - all 3 things this does not. Anyone thinking this jab is better than natural immunity is either a moron or has an alterative motive or both.

^^^ Typical...
1. Doesn't acknowledge the facts. -- Antibodies are natural and are made by one's body, regardless if it's virus or vaccine induced.
2. Needs roundabout ways to inject red herrings and strawman statements to avoid answering the central statement from the original source. In other words, lots of "what-about"-isms
3. Goes on tangents, when the central question is: Are antibodies produced in one's body natural, or are they made in a lab like monoclonal antibodies?
Go ahead, I challenge you to answer in 140 characters or less. I'll wait. Then we can start to address other points one by one. I've got all day, I'm off until Jan 4.
