You could, quite literally, make that statement about everybody at all times.
The fact that CNN ran this story at all means 1 or 2.....or both of the following:
1. CNN is looking for some type of ratings path back to glory
2. This really is news, Biden is that bad and America is done with this loser

His shot status or any other's does apply to me.
