Wall Street Bets (WS on Reddit has over 3 million members and they have somehow channeled their energy into Game Stop, a business on the brink of failure because you just don't need brick and mortar stores anymore for that type of business. I heard it's some dudes from Reddit pumping these stocks. When I saw GME drop from 195 to 70 a few days ago, I thought "that's over with" only to see it jump to high 300 today. Should woulda coulda, but too volatile for me... The only I'm kicking myself on is AMC. Everyone said it is going to happen premarket and didn't buy. Only reason I didn't buy was because of the day trade limit, snapz!

When you think about GameStop it’s kinda ridiculous. People are jumping on it to screw short sellers and are pretty much cutting off their nose to spite their face. Realistically it should be around $20 a share. Fuckers are going to loose their money because they wanted stick it to short sellers. If you jumped on the roller coaster I’d be ready to jump off before it goes careening off the rails.

Bottom line on GME is that /r/wallstreetbets caught a couple of hedge funds shorting GME and drove up the price of the stock. These hedge funds are massively fucked because they naked short sold more shares than actually exist for GME. Tomorrow should be another very interesting day for this stock.

I bought AMC February 5, $9 call options today and will likely sell them in the morning. AMC will resume trading tomorrow, so it should pop.
