Definitely know who you mean. I had some odd interactions too. I think it never hurts to ask, and often on here having another person help is encouraged or sought after, so it's not like an unusual request.
Based on my interactions, was pretty sure I was PMing with an agent vs. the real person. Not sure if that is better or worse, but there is hope that if you do meet she may not be as craycray as the interaction seems.
