Cus he keeps getting a pass from the media and his constituents ... up until now.
Coverage of his gaffes have been anecdotal not probing or critical just that he did something dumb. But without in depth analysis. No one cared they were hyperfocused on something else. So now we know he crafted an order to return covid patients to rest homes, having a cavalier attitude about it when things went displays, lying about its impact, doctoring numbers, lying about advising his legislature etc etc and so on.
We knew he fucked up last June (pretty sure that's around the time) but we are just starting to talk about it now? Where the duck was everybody who is concerned about it now?

And, gave him an Emmy
While all the cunty Progs in NYC were toasting him yucking it up on his brothers TV show
If the Feds are serious, he will be charged
Not for making poor decisions when not much was known about covid
Although about 7 or 10 of his medical advisors quit on him
But because he lied about the stats to the fibbies
Then covered it up
There will be lawsuits from the families that lost loved ones
