Since the New Year has started I have been working on new resolutions and trying to do one a month. This month is one that I know we all have a little trouble improving on and that is,"Patience." I've have never really realized that I didn't have any till about two years ago. The reason I spelled it the way I did on my title of this Blog, is because I was taught a little trick to get more of PATIENCE. Any time I feel like I am hurrying or scrambling through whatever it is I am doing or working on I just spell out the word,"PATIENCE,"and take deep breaths before finishing and it totally clears my head and gives me a calm feeling. This really seems to be helping me with situations we have been faced with this past year. Please, all of us need a little more, "PATIENCE, " in this new year to come. Look forward to giving you next month's resolution
I need to improve on.

I have lots of patience! And I don’t stress much.
Best piece of advice I heard 30 years ago: only 1 person can make you mad, yourself!
It’s taught me not to stress over the little things that don’t matter. And also to know there are things you can’t change. So dont try to. And I stay out of political debates. No one is ever right. And no one is ever wrong either. 😜😘😊
