Yes Dazzle still exists! Click edit classified once you apply your location it'll continue to create your classified and select dazzle 1500FX pts. Click Publish, Bam DAZZLING! For your humanizing you can resize your pic then upload it to fit, or use a laptop it's much easier to create it on there. HX hasn't changed it they actually made it better by making cloaking you classified free so make sure you use that 😉😘
