Take the kid to Dicks and give him some choices. I wouldn't get a 300.00 bat. He will grow out of it so fast. If you let him pick it, it will give him confidence
And he will be ripping them in no time. Easton was my fav. Ghost looks nice.

If your going to get him a bat also get him a batting tee! Or make one, they're easy to make.
But make sure when he's using the tee that he keeps his form!
Watch videos of great hitters and copy their swing. Guys like The Babe, Ty Cobb, Ted Williams, Stan Musial, Rod Carew, Joe Dimaggio, Shoeless Joe Jackson (if you can find videos on him) etc etc.
That's more important. Once he gets the form down, takes a lot of practice and repetition preferably in front of a mirror so he can see what he's doing right and more importantly wrong.
That way he'll be able to adjust and hit to all fields.

That’s a loaded question in this forum. I already knew that people were gonna post some thing about sexual use of baseball bats. Anal or vaginal context.

Thanks for your suggestions. The bat will be used for eleven u travel baseball. Any advantages/disadvantages from going full Alloy vs two piece Composite or two piece hybrid alloy?
Damn bats are expensive.
