A hater isn't someone who disagrees with someone else. It's someone who has a dislike or hatred of that person for whatever reason and expresses it in various ways to demonstrate that hatred.
You cannot control what others do or feel, so you shouldn't let it bother you, unless it becomes something that requires a restraining order or other types of remedial action.
Be aware of them, but don't let them get you down.
