No idea what the young guys want but this old guy likes to see a girl’s smile in at least one of the pic’s. Hint, hint.....

Confidence in your pics. Plastic fake smiles are easy to spot and a turn off for those more experienced who know better.
Someone who knows how to take care of themselves. You don’t have to be muscle competition level of tone, but at least look like you are getting decent sleep (and you know who you are) and eating well.
Target your audience. Some people want girl next door, some want fantasy/girl of my dreams, some people want down to earth real-real.
Clean up the background. I do not need to see what you are for lunch on the reflection, or the laundry that needs to be done.
