tough call, I watched the closing arguments, and by law, he should be acquitted. there is plenty of reasonable doubt, but should be found guilty, as the judge said, mad max certain raised the issue for appeal

That statement is an oversimplification, if not misleading.
First off, the woman is only talking about the Louisville chapter of BLM.
Even then, she shows herself unqualified to judge. She says she has never dealt with them personally, yet still calls them a fraud. That sounds pretty contradictory.
Also, she refuses to even say why she is against them.
Their is no beef in this interview, just a large-print NY Post headline.
I come from back East, and we all knew the NY Post was just a half-step above the Inquirer and the World Weekly News. We literally used to laugh at some of their headlines because they were so ridiculously exaggerated. And my family was very conservative by the way, not liberal at all by any means.
