Judicial Watch have been in court getting several States to clean up the voter rolls way before this past election, in which several States have been flat negligent on doing. I know PA was one of them.

Except there is no mass fraud that justifies all the voting restrictions. The true mass fraud is that we need all these restrictive laws to make voting more difficult.
Why is it some cities have 10 hour lines to vote in many states? Voting is a right. The same people that say there should be no restrictions on the right to own guns........say there should be restrictions on voting. Hypocrite much? All these laws that have been fine for years in conservative states..all of a sudden need to be changed because they are losing ground. Instead of changing their message or adapting to what people want...they just want to change the laws to make it more difficult for people who wouldnt statistically vote for them harder to vote against them.
Voting restrictions aside, some of these states are enacting laws that wil make it easier to steal elections. If they dont like the result, they can replace the people in charge to give a more partisan outcome.

In regards to this audit...it is a joke.
They have already done two audits. But apparently they need another. So the Republicans of AZ hired a Florida firm to do the audit....based on conspiracy theories.
The audit will be done by "Cyber Ninjas". If that doesnt scream legitimacy at you here is some more fun. It is run by Doug Logan who is already on record of having supported many baseless conspiracy theories, and is on record as basically saying that Trump was cheated in Maricopa and should have won by 200k votes. Cyber Ninjas is not accredited by the US Election Assistance Commission to inspect voting machines. It is being financially and publically supported by, among others, Lin Wood...yes that Lin Wood....Trump's former lawyer who was deemed too crazy to be on Trump's team and was removed.....and OAN.
They are renting out an arena, using partisan counters, that will take months to audit it. They will attempt to keep this afloat while they try to pass legislation in the state to restrict voting. I expect they will find results favorable to Trump but the only people who will care are the people that still believe Trump is still holding back all the evidence of mass election fraud and still waiting for the right time to release it.

In Fridays hearing the judge clearly stated that the audit needs to be conducted under state election law which infers partisan observers be present.
As far as previous audits go they had always been done using the controversial vote count machines which have been shown to sway towards Biden in other states.
Nothing wrong with doing a total hand recount and comparing that to the machine recount in a secured environment with partisan observers.
It's the security that could get dicey. Who would want to create havoc here?...

There are of course things that interfere with this happening like either adding another federal holiday, or moving election day to combine with an existing holiday...but they could at least make the attempt.

I'd definitely like to see more transparency and security in the voting system in CA.
There definitely needs to be more control and security in dealing with mail in ballots.
So far the lack of controls and security indicates this is by design so the system
could be manipulated.
